1. The competition organiser is Festool GmbH, Germany.

2. All persons must be 18 years of age or over at the time of participation and have a permanent place of business and/or residence in the Federal Republic of Germany to be eligible to participate.

Employees of the TTS Group, their families, as well as associated system partner retailers, are excluded from participation in the competition.

Furthermore, participants must complete the competition registration form in full and correctly, register within the deadline and accept the Terms and Conditions of Participation in order to participate.

Only one person per household or business may participate. 
 
3. Festool GmbH has the right to disqualify participants and exclude such from future participation in competitions if they have supplied false or incomplete details, have manipulated or have tried to manipulate the participation process, the competition and/or the items offered in the competition and/or are guilty of a breach of the rules of participation and/or have unfairly and/or dishonestly tried to influence the competition.

Festool GmbH reserves the right to cancel the competition in full or in part. This applies, in particular, if the competition cannot take place according to plan for whatever reason, for instance in the case of computer viruses, software and/or hardware errors and/or other technical and/or legal reasons which affect the management, security, integrity and/or regular and proper running of the competition.

4. Prizes are drawn among all eligible participants. The winners are notified by email or post.

5. Festool GmbH is not liable for the loss or damage of prizes during transportation to the winner. 
 
6. All decisions are final and the right to recourse, as well as a cash payment in lieu of the prize, are excluded. If the prize is not accepted within two months after receiving notification of winning it, or if it is not possible to deliver the prize to the named address, any claim to it will lapse automatically. In such cases, Festool GmbH reserves the right to allocate the prize to another person.

7. DATA PROTECTION: The personal data you provide will be stored, processed and used by the parent company of Festool GmbH – TTS Tooltechnic Systems AG & Co. KG – and its affiliated companies [in addition to Festool GmbH, also those companies listed under http://subsidiaries.festool.com] for the purposes of running and administering the competition. You may object to the storage, processing and use of your data at any time by writing to TTS Tooltechnic Systems AG & Co. KG, Wertstrasse 20, 73240 Wendlingen, Germany or by sending an email to datenschutz@tts-company.com. If this is the case, your data will be deleted immediately – further participation in the competition will then unfortunately no longer be possible.

Your personal data will not be shared with any third parties unless this is required in order to run the competition.

Your personal data will be deleted once the competition has ended. If, however, in connection with the competition, you have consented to receiving advertising material and information by checking the corresponding field, your personal data will be used for this purpose by TTS Tooltechnic Systems AG & Co. KG and/or its affiliated companies [in addition to Festool GmbH, also those companies listed under http://subsidiaries.festool.com].
